How well do you know your drugs? Or the better question should be how familiar are you with them? May they be illegal or not. Crack cocaine is the crystal form of cocaine itself. Crack usually comes in powdered form. Just like any other street drug out there, people can be very creative and invent different variations from the original drug. The drug crack is a solid block or in short crystals that vary from white to pale rose and even yellow.
Here’s a little fun fact that I’m sure not everyone is familiar with. Why did they start calling it crack? First and for most users of this drug heat it and smoke it. While the drug is being heated it makes a cracking or popping sound, hence, the street name “crack”.

Did you know that the riskiest form of cocaine is crack? It’s purity ranges from 75% to 100%. This only means that it is stronger, far stronger than the regular cocaine. By smoking crack it allows the effect to get to your brain faster but the high is short-lived, lasting for only fifteen minutes. Be mindful that by simply being curious and trying it for the first time, it can lead you to being highly dependent on the drug. There is a huge difference between smoking it and snorting it, when you smoke crack the effect on you can make you hooked to a point of no return.
We often hear people call cocaine as the “rich man’s drug” for its expensive price tag. If you’ve seen the movie “The Wolf of Wall Street” then you must have seen a scene or two wherein Leonardo acted as if he was snorting cocaine at the pinnacle of his lavish lifestyle. But since crack is a cheaper alternative even any teenager can afford it and find it being sold in the streets.
Smoking crack is a deadly habit that can put a toll on your health and on your savings as well. Dangerous addictions that for anyone who patronizes crack cocaine understand. How I bet that if only they can turn back time and undo the deed of trying to neither smoke or snort cocaine.
