To begin with I never knew that drinking water at a specific time in between your daily activities can save your life or even enhance it to the point wherein you get a life extension of some sort. As we all know water is that one liquid wherein the body needs to have on a daily basis, heck you can even not eat the whole day and just drink water and you will survive.
Here are a couple of advices that you should try to do when you find yourself with a glass of water:
1. Drink 2 glasses of water after you wake up. Drinking water in the morning can help activate your internal organs during the day.
2. Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before every meal and this will aid you better in digestion.
3. Drink a glass of water before you take a bath for this can help lower your blood pressure.
4. Drink a glass of water before hitting the sack to avoid any stroke or heart attack. Drinking water before you sleep can also prevent leg cramps from happening while you are sleeping.
It also helps when you have a bottle that can contain 1 litre to 1.5 litres of water so you can measure your water intake. Personally, it is better to drink 3 litres of water a day. It doesn’t sound much but I must admit that it is quite difficult to drink that much fluid in one day. Maybe if you substitute your coffee, juices, soft drinks, and other liquids with water it can be very doable. My girlfriend can drink 500ml of water in just one sitting or should I say one gulp?
My favourite of all that water can do would be keeping your skin young and healthy because you hydrate yourself very well all throughout the day. But water does not take away wrinkles or lines in your body it just makes your skin smoother and look healthier. Its always best to hydrate your body from the inside out and not settling with just washing your face with cool water.
Always remember to choose water first among any other liquid or fluid you have in your refrigerator because H20 is the only way to go!
