There are no visits required or lining up to be checked on by a doctor, it is all Internet based as long as you have connection then you will be available to use the services. 20 municipal insurers and two health insurance unions will provide the service to people who are covered, this will be available until March of 2016. Other customers would have to pay almost five thousand yen in order to avail of the services.
